Monday – 25 min jog
Tuesday – 20 laps swim; 25 min jog
Wednesday – 60 min bike; 20 min jog/walk
Thursday – 25 min jog, 5 min stretch, 25 min jog
Friday – Stretching and light walk
Saturday – RACE DAY
Sunday – REST DAY
