On the plan for today is to jog 35 min and then walk 15 min. I am not sure that I can job without walking for 35 min straight but I will give it my best effort.
Breakfast : Cottage Cheese, Protein Bar
Snack: Cheddar chex (120cal)
Lunch: MF Soup w/crackers
Snack: Blackberry Muffin
Dinner: Chopped Beef spud from Red River w/sweet tea.
Ok shoot me! We had my aunt and cousin stay the night with us last night as they were passing through town. Did not get any workout in whatsoever. This weekend is going to be really hard to work out as well.
