Good news to start off my Friday.... I am down 4lbs. Nice way to round out my week. I am not sure what workout I am supposed to do today but since I have plans for the evening that start pretty early I am guessing that there is no way this will happen.
Breakfast - McDonalds- hashbrown, Egg Mcmuffin, Unsweet Tea
Snack - Protein Bar
Lunch - MF Soup w/crackers
Snack - Chocolate Bar
Dinner - BBQ Fajitas
