2 for 2 in the new

Just a short one:
  • 1-1-09 jogged a couple laps at the neighborhood park. (very short but any activity counts when you have been away from it for so long)
  • 1-2-09 30 minutes on the treadmill at the gym. ( I almost forgot that I had a gym membership)
So with that I have been active for a whole 2 days in the new year. 2009 is starting off on the right foot. Now lets see if I can keep that streak up and make it something substantial.
