This Week in Training:
Monday—24 laps with :30-:45 rest (600 yds), 20 min jog
Tuesday—Day off
Wednesday—45 min bike followed by 15 min jog/walk (1 hour total); 1hr w/trainer
Thursday—5K jog/walk
Friday—60 min bike straight, 20 laps of swimming optional
Saturday—Day off
Sunday—15 min jog (middle 5 minutes faster), 5 minute walk x 3 (45 min
total of jogging)
