40 Days

I am giving up Coke and fast food for 4o days. Hopefully longer if I can hack it. I do mean soft drinks not just Coke, but I mostly drink Coke. So far so good. I am a week into it and am already 4lbs lighter. Been eating many more meals at home and adding lots of veggies and fiber to the diet. I am looking for clean eating recipes. So if you have any good ones that you love, please send them my way.
Also I am looking for other things to change as I progress to a get healthy lifestyle. What are things that you would change to make a big impact on your fitness and nutrition?

Good luck! Soda, water and beer are the only things I drink.

Welcome to the HYC! Giving up sodas is a GREAT start for healthy changes. I drink lots and lots of water. I've been doing the Flat Belly Diet and it includes lots of yummy, healthy, filling food, including dark chocolate, so I'm totally happy with the plan. ;-)
