I have been in Florida since last Saturday for work. It will be a week tomorrow and I wont be home till Monday at the earliest. So far I have been able to stay away from the sodas and fast food. My diet has been pretty good with two exceptions desserts and late night eating. Other than that it has been great.
Tonight while doing my laundry I decided to walk the floors at the hotel while I waited. The suites we are staying in have 5 floors. So while I waited for my clothes to wash @30 minutes I walked the floors up and down the stairs. I know it wasn't running on the beach or treadmill but I got off my booty and got moving.
My goal for the rest of the trip is to get more moving into my days in whatever form that takes.
